一、 学校简介：

Shandong Jianzhu University (SJU) was co-founded by Shandong Province and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development in 1956. SJU is located in Shandong Province, the birthplace of Confucian culture. Shandong is also a major province of culture and economy along the eastern coast of China and a significant strategic fulcrum of the countries and regions along the Maritime Silk Road and the New Eurasian Continental Bridge Economic Corridor.

This university occupies a campus area of over 2,600 mu with a building floor space of 1.02 million square meters. It consists of 21 schools and departments and provides 71 undergraduate majors. The university recruits students from 30 provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government and autonomous regions across China, with 29,000 full-time students on campus. It runs one doctoral talent training program, 17 first-level disciplines authorized to grant master’s degrees, and 19 categories of professional master’s degrees, and is eligible to recommend outstanding undergraduates for postgraduate admission without national unified examinations.

Shandong Jianzhu University welcomes excellent foreigners to work in our university. Foreign English teachers and teachers and researchers of related majors and fields are needed all year round. We sincerely welcome outstanding foreign talents to join us and create a better future together. Job requirements, responsibilities and benefits are as follows:

(一) 语言类教师：

Foreign language Teachers:

1) 岗位要求

1. 来自英语为母语的国家；Native English speakers;

2. 一般要求2年以上语言教学经验或取得教育或语言证书；Generally, it is required to have more than two years of language teaching experience or obtain an education or language certificate;

3. 本科及以上学历；Bachelor’s Degree or above;

4. 健康且无犯罪记录。Healthy and no criminal records.

2) 英语教师职责：

Responsibilities of English Teachers:

1. 英语教师工作量：每周16学时（每堂课45分钟），以英语口语、听力教学工作量为主；English Teachers Workload: 16 class hours per week (45 minutes for each class), mainly English spoken/listening teaching;

2. 参加本系部分教学活动和学校重要活动。Participating some teaching activities of the school and important activities of the university.

3) 英语教师薪酬：

学期内每月人民币8000元-10000元，每学年交通补贴10000元。

Salary: ranging from 8,000 RMB-10,000 RMB per month during semesters and a transporation allowance of 10,000 RMB every school per year.

住宿：学校为外籍教师提供独立公寓，并提供家用设备和水电补贴。

Accommodation: SJU offers foreign teachers independent apartments with household equipment and water and electricity subsidies.

保险：我们将为每位外籍教师购买意外伤害保险和医疗保险。

Insurance: We will buy accident insurance and medical insurance for each foreign teacher.

签证：一旦外教准备好所需的所有文件，我们将帮助外教完成相关手续（在中国境内因签证产生的相关费用将予以报销）。

Visa: Once foreign teacher makes all needed documents well prepared, we will help the foreign teacher to complete relevant procedures (related expenses incurred in China about visa will be reimbursed).

(二) 软件工程、机械工程、电气工程及其自动化专业合作办学教师的入职要求：

Requirements for Teachers Related to the following joint programme majors（Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering and Automation） :

1) 岗位要求

1. 硕士学历及以上；Master’s Degree and above;

2. 一般要求2年以上相关教学经验；Generally, it is required to have more than two years of related teaching experience;

3. 健康且无犯罪记录。Healthy and no criminal records.

2) 合作办学专业教师职责：

Responsibilities of joint programmes teaching:

1. 每周16学时（每堂课45分钟），以教学工作量为主；Workload: 16 class hours per week (45 minutes for each class), mainly teaching workload;

2. 参加本系部分教学活动和学校重要活动。Participating some teaching activities of the school and important activities of the university.

3) 合作办学专业教师薪酬：学期内每月人民币10000元，每学年交通补贴10000元。

Salary: ranging from 10,000 RMB per month during semesters and a transporation allowance of 10,000 RMB every school per year.

(三) 教学科研岗位入职要求：

1) 岗位要求

1. 博士学位学历；Doctor’s Degree;

2. 研究方向为我校重点紧缺专业领域；The research area is key majors and fields where professionals are urgently needed in our university;

3. 有较丰富的高级别研究成果并具有科研潜力；Applicants are supposed to have rich high-level research achievements and scientific research potential;

4. 健康且无犯罪记录。Healthy and no criminal records.

2) 教学科研岗位职责：

Responsibilities of Teachers and Researchers of Related Majors and Fields:

1. 完成合同规定的教学与科研任务；Complete the teaching and scientific research tasks specified in the contract;

2. 与团队展开科研合作；Carry out scientific research cooperation with research teams；

3. 指导学生展开科研工作：Guide students to do scientific research work.

3) 教学科研岗位薪酬：

Remuneration of Teachers and Researchers of Related Majors and Fields:

职位：副教授

Position: Associate Professor

工资：年薪15-20万元人民币，每学年国际交通补贴1万元；

Salary: annual salary of about150,000- 200,000 RMB, and an international transportation subsidy of 10,000 RMB per academic year;

住宿：学校为外籍教师提供独立公寓，并提供家用设备和水电补贴。

Accommodation: University provides foreign teachers independent apartments with household equipment and water and electricity subsidies.

保险：我们将为每位外籍教师购买意外伤害保险和医疗保险。

Insurance: We will buy accident insurance and medical insurance for each foreign teacher.
